Blender Banana Energy Balls

These Blender Banana Bread Energy Balls are the perfect snack, giving you quick and long-lasting energy to hold you over until your next meal! And, they taste exactly like a comforting slice of banana bread – YUM

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ½ cup pecans
  • 4 soaked dates, chopped or ¼ cup – ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a food processor or a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until all the ingredients come together to form a slightly stick dough. (If you’re using honey or maple syrup, start with ¼ of a cup, and then slowly add in more until the dough comes together).
  • Form the dough into balls and place on parchment paper. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 20 – 30 minutes before enjoying!
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days!
