Ingredients

Spicy Orange Tahini Sauce
Zest of 1 large orange
Juice of 1 orange
1/4
cup
runny tahini

tbsp
coconut aminos

tsp
sesame oil

chili garlic sauce

ginger powder

minced garlic
Instructions
Tofu
Preheat the oven 400 F. Make sure your tofu is drained and has been pressed for 15-30 minutes.
Cut the tofu into cubes. Coat the tofu in the coconut aminos and starch. Bake for 20-30 minutes until it’s as crispy as you like!
Veggies
Chop up all your veggies while the tofu is cooking!
Spicy Orange Tahini Sauce
Prepare the sauce while the tofu is cooking as well my mixing together all the ingredients in a small bowl.
Make Stir Fry
Sauté the veggie in a little olive oil.
Once they have softened to liking, add in the tofu cubes, and pour over the sauce. Combine well.
If the sauce is not sticking, add in 1 tbsp of tapioca or corn starch mixed with water and combine well.
